30 Minutes

$60

This session length is usually for small injury areas or chronic pain areas. The 30 minute session is great for focusing one maybe two problem areas. For example, migraines, low back pain, or neck/shoulder tension.

60 Minutes

$120

The 60 minute session can be used to spend the entire session time on a section of the body for focused work. Such as the back, neck and shoulders of the upper body or the low back hips and legs of the lower body. It is also a great length of time for an introduction to massage therapy because we can tough all the major muscle groups without spending extra time on one specific problem area.

90 Minutes

$170

The 90 minute massage session allows time for you to receive a stress reliving full body massage while still having focused work on one or two areas of pain or tension. This length of time is good for chronic pain relief because the massage therapist can tailor the session to work at a pace that is comfortable for the client and less likely to cause a symptom flare, such as with fibromyalgia, migraines and arthritis.
