Hi! I'm Patti McQuinn. I'm a licensed massage therapist and I specialize in injury recovery and chronic pain relief. I am also the owner of Luna Massage and Wellness.

My journey into massage therapy started over 24 years ago with my own injuries. I've had several fall injuries that have given me continual problems in the low back and hips. I never realized how big these problems were until I noticed I wasn't improving much over the years and each injury seemed to stack problems onto the next.

I started doing research on how to heal myself and came upon Seattle Massage School. Signing up for massage school was one of the best decisions I ever made. I graduated in 1999 and have been helping people heal from their injuries ever since.

I am passionate about helping others heal, and look forward to connecting with you and working together.

In 2021, I became a Registered Hypnotherapist. Hypnosis was a skill I wanted to learn and bring to my practice. I have been using hypnosis for years to help with my own pain and felt hypnosis could be another way I could help others with their chronic pain.

I was first exposed to the power of hypnosis at Wilmington College in the late 80s. I have suffered from chronic migraines for most of my life but my migraines became more frequent and more intense with the stress of college. I got help from a Psychology professor who was doing research using hypnosis to help the basketball players do better with free throws. A friend of mine spoke with him on my behalf and he agreed to help me with my migraines. I was very thankful for the help and I was able to manage my migraines without prescription drugs. Since then, I have used hypnosis to help get better sleep and overcome neuropathy in my legs that developed after wearing a walking boot for 12 weeks. I'm currently working on building a hypnotherapy program to help support those, like myself, on a weight loss journey and using the GLP1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro.
